James Buckley - Head of Estate Management

BSc (Hons) MIRPM MRICS

James manages the Chaneys Team and has 20 years' property management experience. Having joined Chaneys in 2011, he became a Chartered Surveyor in 2014 and has worked on all portfolio’s within the company over that time.

Wendy Orwin - Senior Property Manager

Wendy joined Chaneys in 2020 and oversees a portfolio covering North and West Reading, Newbury, Oxford and Henley.

Christopher Fagan – Senior Property Manager

Chris has more than 10 years’ experience in property management and he and his team manage the bulk of Chaneys Reading portfolio.

Elisa Norton – Senior Property Manager

Elisa and her team manage Chaneys ‘Thames Valley’ Portfolio which includes areas to the East of Reading and into the Home Counties.

Sarah Morrisen - Senior Property Manager

CIHM Cert. CIH MIRPM AssocRICS

Sarah joined Chaneys in 2015 and is based ‘on site’ at Chaneys largest managed site in Basingstoke. Sarah has gained qualifications with the Chartered Housing Institute, the Institute of Residential Property Management as well as being an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Abbey Downing – Property Manager

Having joined Chaneys in 2021, with a background in rental property management, Abbey now works with Wendy Orwin and manages a portfolio with properties in West Reading, Newbury, Oxford and Henley. Abbey is an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management.

Josh Dudley - Property Manager

Josh manages sites within Elisa’s team and the ‘Thames Valley’ region and has useful experience of managing a diverse portfolio.

Amy Maskell - Property Manager

Amy is currently on maternity leave and due back in Q4 2024.

Misha Clarke - Property Manager

Misha works with Chris to manage Chaneys Reading sites, working closely with management company directors and leaseholders to ensure the smooth running of the estate..

Wendy Walter - Assistant Property Manager

Wendy joined Chaneys in 2018 and works with Chris and Misha in the management of the Reading Portfolio.

Lucy Broadfoote-Brown – Assistant Property Manager

Lucy works with Sarah in the Basingstoke Office and having joined in 2021 has good experience in dealing with leaseholders requests and managing maintenance activities.

Ambrina Latif – Assistant Property Manager

Ambrina works with Elisa and Josh in managing Chaneys ‘Thames Valley’ portfolio.

Natalie Brennan – Assistant Property Manager

Currently on maternity leave, Natalie works with Wendy and Abbey in managing Chaneys West Reading, Newbury, Oxford and Henley portfolio.

Caroline Mason - Service Charge Accounts Manager

Caroline has been with Chaneys for more than 10 years and has garnered much experience in all aspects of client accounting during that time. Caroline is Chaneys Service Charge Accounts Manager and oversees the accounts team.

Alison Witten - Accounts Assistant

Having joined in 2017, Alison has worked in a number of positions within the company and currently deals with service charge receipts, accounts payments processing and budget/demand production.

Hannah Jaques – Accounts Assistant

Hannah works with Caroline and Alison in the accounts team, dealing with service charge receipts, credit control and budget/demand production.

Tara Dalfsen – Office Administrator

Tara is Chaneys Office Administrator, ensuring the correct allocation of emails, helping direct communications and overseeing the property conveyancing information process.
